Michael Khalil is a highly respected compounding pharmacist with over three decades of experience in the field. A graduate of the Wayne State University College of Pharmacy (1993), Mike’s passion for personalized medicine and pharmaceutical compounding began during his academic training and led to the founding of Aurora Compounding Pharmacy in 1994.
Located in the Greater Toronto Area in the town of Aurora, Ontario, Aurora Compounding Pharmacy is a state-of-the-art facility designed to deliver the highest quality custom medications. Under Mike’s leadership, the pharmacy features advanced laboratories equipped with the latest technology to ensure precise, sterile, and science-based compounding practices. Aurora Compounding serves patients across Canada, offering tailored solutions that meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and care.
Mike is a certified member of PCCA (Professional Compounding Centers of America), one of the most elite organizations in the industry, and has completed numerous international training programs to remain at the forefront of compounding innovation. His areas of specialty include pediatric care, hormone replacement therapy, pain management, and veterinary medicine.
He has built and maintained a cutting-edge compounding pharmacy with two full-service laboratories to address a wide range of human and small animal pharmaceutical needs. Mike is committed to ongoing professional development and continues to upgrade his medical and pharmaceutical knowledge to provide the best possible care.
In addition to his clinical work, Mike is an active board member of the ACPC (Alliance for Compounding Pharmacy of Canada), where he plays a key role in advancing compounding education and professional standards across the country. He has also delivered lectures and seminars, sharing his expertise and passion for compounding with peers and future pharmacists alike.
